We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible and passionate SEO Specialist with a solid background and project portfolio in both Romanian and International markets eager to undertake a new challenge together with one of the top digital communications agency in Romania, working for both national and international clients across the globe. What we require:

• Open to a B2B-type collaboration
• Prior proven experience as a SEO Specialist in both Romanian and International markets
• Excellent understanding of keyword research processes as well as analytics and data mining tools
• Analytical approach
• Comfortable in working with high volumes of data
• Advanced knowledge of English (any other international language is a plus)
• Experience managing middle and high marketing budgets
• Experience managing various projects simultaneously (depending on scope, budget and scale)

What we’ll be doing together:

• Developing the project architecture and content strategy based on our Client’s goals
• Set up a testing, simulation and analysis schedule with the purpose of maximizing ROI
• Monitoring campaign costs and budget deviations
• Implementing a link building strategy
• Keeping up to date with the development team in order to align new or existing code to SEO practices
• Monitoring and optimizing key words and content impacting the campaign’s placement within search engines
• Monitoring active campaigns and new market trends
• Collaborating with editorial teams for optimal content creation
• Recommending changes regarding website architecture, content and linking
• Working with Monday Task Manager in order to prioritize and fulfil daily tasks
